Official House Rules & Guest Accommodation Policies (Wellington, New Zealand)

House Standards: provides five-star luxury suites, award-winning culinary experiences, and gaming entertainment. By booking a stay or entering our establishment, guests agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Occupancy, Check-In & Guest Identification

All staying guests must present valid identification upon arrival. The primary guest must be at least 20 years of age. Maximum room occupancies are strictly enforced to adhere to New Zealand building fire safety codes:

Deluxe Suites: Maximum 2 adult guests.
Executive & Royal Penthouse Suites: Maximum 4 adult guests.

3. Casino Rules & Gaming Integrity

All gaming activities within Lorevianroyal Casino are governed by official casino game rules approved by the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) under the Gambling Act 2003. Chips are the property of and cannot be redeemed for anything other than legal tender at designated cashier cages. Electronic devices and recording apparatus are strictly prohibited at live gaming tables.

4. Non-Smoking & Environmental Policy

In accordance with the Smoke-free Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990, Lorevianroyal is a strictly 100% smoke-free and vape-free property across all indoor areas, guest suites, and balconies. Designated outdoor courtyards are available. A deep-sanitization cleaning fee of $500 NZD will be charged to any suite where smoking or vaping has occurred.

5. Damages & Incidentals

Guests are responsible for any intentional damage or loss caused to suite furnishings, artwork, or equipment during their stay. The registered guest card will be billed for necessary repair or replacement costs incurred.
