2. Age Restrictions & Casino Admission

Under the New Zealand Gambling Act 2003, access to our licensed casino gaming facilities is strictly restricted to individuals aged twenty (20) years or older. Valid government-issued photo identification (such as a valid New Zealand Driver Licence, Passport, or Kiwi Access Card) must be presented upon request. Individuals under the age of 20 may access hotel accommodation and family dining venues when accompanied by a legal guardian, but are strictly prohibited from entering gaming areas.

3. Suite Reservations, Guarantee & Check-In

Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in commences at 15:00 NZST, and suite check-out is required by 11:00 NZST unless late departure is pre-arranged with the Concierge.
Guarantee Deposit: A valid credit card authorization and government ID matching the reservation name are required at check-in for room charges and incidental security deposits.
Cancellation Policy: Standard suite cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date (15:00 NZST) to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation charge. Specialty penthouses and peak season bookings may carry designated non-refundable terms disclosed at the time of booking.

4. Responsible Gaming Code of Practice

5. Dress Code & Patron Conduct

To preserve our distinguished ambience, Lorevianroyal upholds an elegant smart-casual dress code throughout our hotel, restaurants, and gaming salons. Management reserves the absolute right to refuse admission or request the departure of any individual exhibiting disruptive conduct, intoxication, or unauthorized photography within private gaming zones.

6. Consumer Protection & Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Subject to applicable laws, Lorevianroyal shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseen losses arising from digital site interruptions, force majeure events, or guest property left unattended outside private safe storage facilities.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand in Wellington.
